Q: “Is the hair raw?”
Most Snob Society textures are sourced from premium raw hair.
Select textures such as Kinky Curly and Kinky Straight undergo a specialized texturizing process while maintaining quality, longevity, and a natural appearance.
Q: “Is the hair pre-order?”
Yes. All Snob Society Hair products are pre-order items and are not stocked for immediate shipment.
Q: “How long does processing take?”
Most orders require 5–7 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Q: “How long does shipping take?”
USPS Priority Mail delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
Q: “Can the hair be colored?”
Yes. Professional coloring is strongly recommended. As with natural hair, excessive chemical processing may affect the integrity of the hair.
Q: “How many bundles do I need? ”
Three bundles are recommended for a full install. Two bundles may be sufficient for shorter lengths or smaller head sizes. Four bundles may be recommended for longer lengths, additional fullness, or heavily layered styles.
Q: “Do you offer installment payments?”
Yes. Shop Pay Installments are available for qualifying purchases at checkout.
Q: “What closure sizes are available?”
2x6 HD Closures and 5x5 HD Closures.
Q: “What extension methods are available?”
Bundles, Tape-Ins, K-Tips, and HD Closures.
Q: “Can the hair be straightened or curled?”
Yes. All textures can be heat styled. More textured patterns such as Kinky Curly and Burmese Curly should be treated similarly to natural textured hair and may revert when exposed to moisture or humidity. Kinky Straight can be straightened while maintaining its versatility.
Q: “Can the hair be reused?”
Yes. With proper care and maintenance, Snob Society Hair can be reused multiple times. We recommend washing, deep conditioning, and proper storage after removal.
Q: “How do I care for my extensions?”
Please include separate care instructions for Straight/Wavy textures and Curly/Textured textures.
